Does my child need their own equipment?

PAL supplies all equipment needed to participate, but the child must bring close toed shoes and water.

How does PAL receive the equipment? 

PAL relies on the generous donations from people within the community to help provide equipment for the children.

 Is PAL a city funded organization?

No, PAL is a non-profit organization. We do, however, benefit from a wonderful partnership with the Oakland County Sheriffs Office. This partnership is geared towards creating a strong bond between the Sheriffs office and the community members of Pontiac.

What is the mission of the Oakland County PAL program?

The mission of the PAL program is to create a safe environment and a structure within which law enforcement will support and inspire young people to reach their full potential, utilizing athletics and other programs geared towards improving the lives of the participants.
