Join us every Wednesday for this high-energy, non-contact program designed to build skills, confidence, and character. Our focus goes beyond technique—we emphasize respect, responsibility, and personal growth through structured practice and skill development. To ensure a safe and supportive environment, space is limited. Before registering for a PAL program, please review your schedule and enroll only if you can attend consistently.
